PAGASA Weather Forecast Today at 4:00 am today, the Low pressure area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 250 km East of Davao city (7.1°N, 128.0°E) embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Visayas and Mindanao.
Visayas and the regions of Zamboanga Peninsula, Northern Mindanao, Caraga and Davao will experience cloudy skies with moderate to occasionally heavy rainshowers and thunderstorms which may trigger flashfloods and landslides. Mimaropa, Bicol Region and the rest of Mindanao will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Light to moderate winds blowing from the southwest to west will prevail Palawan, Visayas and Mindanao and coming from the northeast to southeast over the rest of Luzon. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate.
