PAGASA Weather News and Forecast today cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms will be experienced over Metro Manila, Visayas, Ilocos region, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Bicol region, Zamboanga Peninsula, Northern Mindanao and Caraga. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms will prevail over the rest of the country.

Moderate to occasionally strong winds blowing from the Southwest to Southeast will prevail over the western section of Luzon and coming from the southeast over extreme Northern Luzon. The coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to occasionally rough. Light to moderate winds blowing from Southeast will prevail over the rest of Luzon and coming from the southwest to west over Visayas and Mindanao with slight to moderate seas.

PAGASA Weather News Today Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) across Mindanao. 

Visayas and Mindanao and the regions of Ilocos and MIMAROPA will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Metro Manila and the rest of the Luzon will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. 

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the southwest to southeast will prevail over the western section of Luzon and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the southwest to southeast with slight to moderate seas.
