PAGASA Weather News and Update for Tropical Storm 'BISING"


PAGASA Weather News and Update as of January 15, 2013 the tail-end of a cold font affecting Eastern Visayas. Northeast Monsoon affecting Eastern Luzon. 

Samar and Leyte provinces, Central Visayas and Mindanao will have cloudy skies with occasional light to moderate rainshowers or thunderstorms. Bicol region, Cagayan Valley and the provinces of Aurora, Quezon and Palawan will experience cloudy skies with occasional light rains. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy with brief rainshowers or thunderstorms. 

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough. Elswhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the northeast with slight to moderate seas.

PAGASA Weather News and Update as of January 7, 2012


PAGASA Weather News and Update as of January 7, 2012 at 4:00 a.m. today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 300 km Southeast of Mindanao (5.5°N, 129.0°E) embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Mindanao. Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon. 

Leyte Provinces and Mindanao will have cloudy skies with moderate to heavy rainshowers and thunderstorms which may trigger flashflood and landslides. Bicol region and the rest of Visayas will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers or thunderstorms. Cagayan Valley will experience cloudy skies with light rains. Metro Manila and the rest of the Luzon will be partly cloudy with brief rainshowers or thunderstorms. 

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast to North will prevail throughout the archipelago and the coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
