PAGASA Weather News and Daily Forecast


PAGASA Weather News and Daily Forecast the Southwest Monsoon affecting the Western Luzon. Meanwhile, at 4:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 840 km East of Mindanao (7.9ºN, 134.8ºE).

The provinces of Zambales and Bataan will experience occasional rains. Visayas, Mindanao and the provinces of Mindoro will be cloudy with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the southwest will prevail over the western section of Luzon and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the southwest to west over the rest of the country with slight to moderate seas.

Southwest Monsoon affecting the western section of Luzon. Meanwhile, at 4:00 am today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 630 km East of Davao City (7.0 °N, 132.0°E).

Eastern Visayas and the provinces of Surigao will experience cloudy skies with moderate to occasionally heavy rainshowers and thunderstorms which may trigger flashfloods and landslides. MIMAROPA and the rest of Visayas and of Mindanao will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the southwest to south will prevail over Luzon and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the southwest to west with slight to moderate seas.
