PAGASA Weather News and Update today at 4:00 AM today, a Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 500 km East of Hinatuan, Surigao Del Sur (8.8ºN 131.3ºE).
Metro Manila and the regions of Central Luzon, Cagayan Valley, Bicol, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Western and Central Visayas and Zamboanga Peninsula will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Light to moderate winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and Visayas and coming from the northeast to north over Mindanao. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate.
