PAGASA Weather News and Update at 4:00 am today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 45 km Southwest of Daet, Camarines Norte (13.8ºN 122.6ºE).
Metro Manila, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, Bicol Region and the provinces of Pangasinan, Mindoro, Marinduque and Romblon will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening.
Light to moderate winds blowing from the southwest to southeast will prevail over luzon and coming from the southwest to west over the rest of the country. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate.
