PAGASA Weather News and Update Today the Southwest Monsoon affecting Extreme Northern Luzon.
Batanes, Calayan and Babuyan Group of islands will experience occasional rains. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the southwest will prevail over Luzon and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the southwest with slight to moderate seas.
