PAGASA Weather News and Update as of November 26, 2012 the ridge of a high pressure area extending across Luzon. 

Mindanao will have cloudy skies with occasional light to moderate rainshowers or thunderstorms. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy with isolated brief rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening. 

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast to east over Northern Luzon and coming from the northeast over the eastern sections of Central and Southern Luzon and Visayas. The coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the northeast with slight to moderate seas.
