Robert Blair Carabuena Transcript Public Apology to MMDA Officer Sonny Fabros.
Robert Blair Carabuena, the infamous motorist who slapped MMDA traffic officer Saturnino “Sonny” Fabros on August 11 surrendered to Chairman Tolentino and read a public apology statement this morning, August 23, 2012.
But despite Carabuena's apology, MMDA said they will still push through with the direct assault case filed against the former at the QC Prosecutor’s office.
It was earlier reported that while Philip Morris suspends Robert Blair Carabuena pending the outcome of the investigation regarding charges filed against him, MMDA officer Fabros was promoted to Traffic Constable 2 from Traffic Constable 1. He also received financial support and scholarships for his 6 children.
