PAGASA Weather Forecast and Update for Typhoon HUANING at
4:00 a.m. today, the eye of Typhoon "HUANING" was located based on
all available data at 420 km North of Itbayat, Batanes (25.0°N, 122.2°E) with
maximum sustained winds of 165 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 200
kph. It is forecast to move Northwest at 20 kph.
Batanes Group of Islands will have rains with gusty winds.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience cloudy skies with
light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the southwest will
prevail over the rest of Luzon and the coastal waters along these areas will be
moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the
southwest with slight to moderate seas.
