Bicol region, MIMAROPA, Visayas and Mindanao will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Metro Manila and the rest of the Luzon will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening.

Light to moderate winds blowing from the east to northeast will prevail over Mindanao and Eastern Visayas and coming from the southeast to south over the rest of the country. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate.
