PAGASA Weather News and Updates at 2:00 am today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 620 km West of Luzon (15.3°N, 113.5°E). 

Cagayan, Isabela and Cordillera Administrative Region will be cloudy with occasional moderate to heavy rains and thunderstorms. Metro Manila, Central Luzon, Ilocos Regions and the rest of Cagayan Valley will have occasional light to moderate rains or thunderstorms. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy with brief rainshowers or thunderstorms. 

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast to East will prevail over Extreme Northern Luzon and coming from the Southwest to South over Central Luzon . The coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the Southwest to West with slight to moderate seas.
