Suspension of Classes; Typhoon Helen PAGASA Weather News August 13, 2012. Due to the continuous rains and floods in some areas caused by the Southwest Monsoon brought about by Tropical Depression Helen, the following areas, as declared by Local Government Units (LGU) have no classes on Monday, August 13, 2012.

    Thanks for sharing this info you have shared and this post was all about in suspension of classes because of the Typhoon Karen that enter to our area. This typhoon that may lead heavy rains, strong winds and floods.
