Back-to-back baskets by Beau Belga gave Rain or Shine it's first taste of the lead 59-58, early in the fourth quarter. But the Mixers responded by going on a furious run in transition ignited by 6 straight points by rookie Ian Sangalang and capped of by a Barroca layup in transition.
Sangalang finished the game with 13 points, 8 of which he scored in the fourth quarter surge that ultimately gave the Mixers control of the ball game.
