PAGASA Weather News and Update as of January 14, 2013 the Tail-end of a cold font affecting Eastern Visayas. Northeast Monsoon affecting Eastern Luzon.
Eastern and Central Visayas, Northern Mindanao and Caraga region will have cloudy skies with occasional light to moderate rainshowers or thunderstorms. Bicol region, Cagayan Valley and the provinces of Aurora, Quezon and Palawan will experience cloudy skies with occasional light rains. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy with brief rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the northeast with slight to moderate seas.
